About Debon Services

Debon Services specializes in providing business support and IT solutions consulting and training services to businesses and companies in Singapore. We seek to achieve quality and relevant training and consultation services that enhance the knowledge for our clients. We aim to provide up to date information about IT and online management and development so that effective strategies can be made.

We also help new companies set up by locals and by overseas. Therefore we provide all possible business support services.

We provide basic corporate secretary services and basic accounting services for small businesses.

In addition we have registered address, virtual office, table or office room space for rent temporary or long term and all other business support. We provide business websites and e-commerce solutions and other IT solutions. Contact us for an open discussion.

The following is the start up phase or Business set up phase

We service Singapore resident (a Singapore citizen or permanent resident) or
holder of Singapore Employment Pass/EntrePass/Dependent Pass and any non local businesses.

We have reasonable sound knowledge of the Companies Act to services our prospects and clients.

We have responsible Singapore Company Secretary fro the following responsibilities:
